Arrival-day prep
Tell us when you (or your guests) arrive and we’ll time the final service visit the day before. Water balanced, pool vacuumed, tile brushed, baskets emptied, equipment verified. Just walk in and swim.
Hurricane season protocol
Florida pools need attention during hurricane season (June through November). Our vacation customers get:
- Pre-storm visit to shock, lower water level if needed, and secure loose items near the pool
- Post-storm visit within 24 hours of the storm passing
- Full green-to-clean coverage included if the storm causes a bloom
Pricing
Vacation service runs on our Concierge plan ($245/month) which includes twice-weekly visits during peak season, quarterly tile cleaning, and priority 24-hour repair response. For extended multi-month absences we offer a custom quote.
