What we repair
Our technicians are factory-trained on Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Polaris—the four brands on roughly 95% of Tampa-area residential pools. Every truck carries the common parts so we fix most issues on the first visit.

- Diagnostic visit — we arrive, test, and explain what’s wrong (flat $95 fee, waived if you book the repair).
- Written quote — parts and labor itemized before any work begins. No surprise line items.
- Repair — most repairs are completed on the first or second visit with parts carried on the truck.
- 30-day parts & labor warranty on all repairs, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Weekly customers get priority
Concierge plan customers get 24-hour response on repair calls. Full Service customers get same-week response. Non-customers are scheduled in the next available slot—usually within 3–5 business days.
