What we repair

Our technicians are factory-trained on Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Polaris—the four brands on roughly 95% of Tampa-area residential pools. Every truck carries the common parts so we fix most issues on the first visit.

  • Pumps — motor replacement, seal kits, impeller, diffuser, lid o-rings, variable-speed control boards
  • Filters — cartridge replacement, DE grid replacement, sand change-outs, multiport valve rebuilds
  • Heaters — gas and electric diagnostics, ignition and flame sensors, pressure switches, heat exchangers
  • Salt systems — cell cleaning and replacement, control board repair, flow switch diagnosis
  • Automation — IntelliCenter, EasyTouch, OmniLogic, AquaLink, iAquaLink setup and repair
  • Plumbing — leaks at the equipment pad, valve rebuilds, backwash line repair, return line issues
  • Lighting — LED replacement, niche wiring, GFCI troubleshooting

How a repair call works

  1. Diagnostic visit — we arrive, test, and explain what’s wrong (flat $95 fee, waived if you book the repair).
  2. Written quote — parts and labor itemized before any work begins. No surprise line items.
  3. Repair — most repairs are completed on the first or second visit with parts carried on the truck.
  4. 30-day parts & labor warranty on all repairs, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Weekly customers get priority

Concierge plan customers get 24-hour response on repair calls. Full Service customers get same-week response. Non-customers are scheduled in the next available slot—usually within 3–5 business days.
