Which Tampa neighborhoods do you service?
We cover most of Hillsborough County: South Tampa, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Westchase, Carrollwood, New Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Lutz, and Wesley Chapel. If you're nearby, just ask--we likely already have a route passing by.
How often will someone come to my pool?
Our Essential and Full Service plans are weekly, year-round. Our Concierge plan adds a second visit during peak summer months. We recommend weekly service in Florida--pools here move fast in the heat.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Most of our customers aren't home when we visit. We need access to the pool area and equipment pad. After each visit you'll get a photo report with chemistry readings texted or emailed to you.
What chemicals are included?
All standard chemistry is included: chlorine (liquid or tabs), muriatic acid, conditioner/stabilizer, algaecide, and clarifier as needed. Shock treatments after storms are included. Salt is a separate additive if you have a saltwater pool.
What if my equipment breaks?
We diagnose on site and give you a written quote before doing any repair work. We're factory-trained on Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Polaris. Simple repairs (o-rings, baskets, pressure switches) are often handled during your regular visit at no extra labor cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clearwave Pool Service carries full general liability insurance and worker's compensation in the State of Florida. Our lead technicians are CPO-certified (Certified Pool Operator). We're happy to share documentation on request.
